About us

A lean company built on the conviction that the evidence for better medicines often already exists, unrecognised, in the scientific record.

Our history

Our predecessor entity, Myra EB Systems LLC, was formed in July 2015 as a Massachusetts limited liability company, with core operating activities commencing in 2020 following the COVID-19 pandemic. On May 6, 2026 we converted to a Delaware corporation through a merger into Myra EB Systems Inc., which succeeded to all of the business, assets, and liabilities of the predecessor.

We were founded on the belief that technology — particularly artificial intelligence — could materially reduce the inefficiencies, timelines, and escalating costs that have historically constrained drug development.

Rather than building a traditional asset-heavy biopharmaceutical organization, we have intentionally operated with a lean, capital-efficient structure, deploying equity selectively to attract experienced advisors, scientific collaborators, and strategic partners. That approach let us preserve capital while building capabilities usually associated with much larger organizations.

How we work

We operate a globally distributed model, with collaborators, advisors, consultants, and contractors across the United States, Spain, India, and other locations, supporting AI platform development, drug discovery, clinical development planning, and operational execution.

Our scientific and clinical collaboration network extends to academic medical institutions and hospital research centers across the United States and Europe, providing access to patient populations, clinical expertise, and translational research capabilities. These collaborations support IND preparation, clinical trial site identification, and the mechanistic work underlying the UNDC-005 programs.

As we advance toward IND filing and Phase 2 initiation, we expect to formally engage additional drug developers, licensing and business development professionals, and rare disease commercialization experts, in connection with and following our listing.
